                        It is intimated vide GM,PAF lr 1117/Pen 1/Gl IV/Adhar /14-15dated 02-02-2015 that the Department of Electronics & IT ,Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has developed Jeevan Praman Digital Certificates Portal for which it has become mandatory to capture Adhar Numbers of all Pensioners and their family members as intimated by the Pensioners in their Service Books,Form 3 already accepted by the Head of the office.

                          It is therefore directed to obtain Adhar numbers from all Pensioners/Family Pensioners  and their family members of your SO and forward the same in the format furnished below by e mail/soft copy to your HO so that it can be compiled @ HO and forwarded to Audit to update Pension records.
